Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Identity

By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to AI SEO Automation ("the Service", "the Platform"), you ("Customer", "User", "Tenant") enter into a legally binding Master Subscription Agreement with Hai Technologies LLC. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise or entity, you represent and warrant that you hold full legal authority to bind that organization.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Customer IP Guarantee: You retain 100% full, unencumbered intellectual property ownership and copyright of all blog articles, outlines, structured schemas, keywords, and media assets generated through your tenant account.

Platform IP: All proprietary software architectures, scoring algorithms, quality gate models, APIs, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hai Technologies LLC.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree to use the Service strictly in compliance with applicable local and international laws. You shall not utilize the platform to generate, syndicate, or distribute:

• Malicious, fraudulent, phishing, or deceptive materials.
• Content violating third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Automated spam violating search engine webmaster guidelines or transmission of malware.

4. Multi-Tenant Security & Data Isolation

Hai Technologies LLC guarantees strict logical data isolation across all tenant workspaces. Customer API tokens (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, IndexNow) are stored utilizing AES-256-GCM hardware encryption at rest. Outbound delivery pipelines to customer endpoints are cryptographically signed with HMAC-SHA256 tokens.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Stripe Processing

All subscription plans (Starter at $19/mo, Growth at $49/mo, Agency at $99/mo) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle via certified payment gateways including Stripe. Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time through the tenant billing control plane. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period with zero cancellation fees.

6. Service Availability & SLA

Hai Technologies LLC maintains high-availability cloud infrastructure and background worker fleets targeting a 99.9% uptime. While our 100-point AISEO audit gate optimizes content to strictly adhere to Google E-E-A-T and IndexNow protocols, search rankings remain subject to independent third-party search engine algorithms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Hai Technologies LLC and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law & Legal Notices
